Questions, problems, or ideas — all welcome

Thalify is made by one person. Email thalifit.admin@gmail.com and you'll get a real reply, usually within a couple of days.

Installing

Android: install from Google Play. Once installed, it opens like any other app.

iPhone: there's no App Store version yet. Open the web app in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen" — it then behaves like an app, with everything except the barcode scanner.

Logging meals

Say it: tap AI Quick Log, describe the meal in plain words, check the numbers, confirm.

Scan it: tap the camera button beside the search box and point at a barcode. Scanned products are saved to your own list.

Search it: start typing. If a food isn't there, tap "Ask AI" and it'll be worked out and saved for next time.

Fix a portion: use the − and + buttons on any entry to change the serving size in quarter steps. Tap a food's name to move it to a different meal.

Log a past day: use the ‹ arrow at the top of the Today tab, or tap a day in Trends and choose "Add or edit this day".

Your plan

Set up your profile and Thalify builds one plan — targets, a realistic pace, and a few habits. After a week, a check-in card appears; it looks at your actual week and adjusts if needed. If you'd like to start over, use "Re-plan" on the profile.

If your plan shows an offline notice, the AI couldn't be reached and your targets were worked out with a standard formula instead. Tap Re-plan when you're back online.

Backups

Because nothing is stored on a server, backups are yours to keep. Tap "Backup my data" at the bottom of the Today tab to save a file, and "Restore backup" to bring it back — that's also how you move to a new phone. Each backup is a new dated file; browsers aren't allowed to overwrite the previous one.

Reporting a problem

Email thalifit.admin@gmail.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. If a food's numbers look wrong, tell me the dish name — the database gets corrected regularly.

Privacy

Your food diary, weight and health readings stay on your phone. Full details are in the privacy policy.
